2012-2017 Presided over the international working group - Independent Regulators Group on Networks and Information Security (IRG WG on NIS).
2011-2016 Worked as an expert on cyber security in the missions coordinated by the European Commission in Georgia, the Republic of Kosovo and Ukraine.
Since 2010 Represents Lithuania at the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA) Board.
2008-2011 Was a member of the INHOPE (International Association of Internet Hotlines) board.
Made announcements at international events such as - Telecommunications and Media Forum Miami USA 2015; World Summit on the Information Society WSIS-2014; ID WORLD Abu Dhabi 2014 annual EMEA Summit; International Forum on Cyber Security FIC-2014 Lille; 9th ETSI Security Workshop 2014 Sophia Antipolis, organized by the European Commission, IGF, ITU, ENISA and ETSI.
